Information you provide to us

- Payment information. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, such as Stripe or Square. These providers may collect payment-card and related transaction information directly from you. We generally do not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code.
- Communications, including information you provide when you contact customer support, submit a review or testimonial, respond to a survey, enter a promotion, or otherwise communicate with us.
- Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving promotional communications and information about how you interact with those communications.

Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we and the providers that support our Services may automatically collect:
- Device and network information, such as Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, Internet service provider, and general device characteristics.
- Usage information, such as pages viewed, links clicked, search activity, referring URLs, access times, session information, and interactions with our website and advertisements.
- Approximate location information inferred from information such as your IP address. If a feature requests precise location information, we will collect it only as permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
- Cookie and similar technology information, as described in Section 5.
Information from other sources
We may receive personal information from service providers, payment processors, shipping and fulfillment partners, analytics providers, advertising partners, social media platforms, event or promotion partners, and publicly available sources. For example, if you interact with us through a social media platform, we may receive information permitted by your settings and the platform’s policies.

We may also use and disclose information that has been aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be linked to you. We will not attempt to re-identify de-identified information except as permitted by law.
4. THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT AND PLATFORM SERVICES

5. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We and our providers may use cookies, pixels, web beacons, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand website use, improve performance, prevent fraud, and support marketing and advertising.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie-preference tool. Blocking some cookies may affect the availability or function of parts of the Services.

6. DATA RETENTION

Retention periods vary based on the type of information, the purpose for which it was collected, the sensitivity of the information, applicable legal requirements, and operational needs. For example, we generally retain transaction records for the period required by tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws; account information while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward; and marketing preferences for as long as needed to honor your choices. 8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at info@brookeblaze.com, and we will take appropriate steps to investigate and delete the information as required by law.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without the affirmative authorization required by applicable law.
9. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES
Account information
If you have an account, you may review or update certain account information through your account settings. You may also request account deletion by using the contact methods in Section 13. We may retain information when permitted or required by law.
Marketing emails
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by selecting the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. Even after you opt out of marketing, we may send non-promotional communications, such as order, account, security, or policy notices.
Cookies and targeted advertising
You may use the controls described in Section 5. Where required by applicable law, you may also opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising through a “Your Privacy Choices” or “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our website, through our cookie-preference tool, or by contacting us.
10. U.S. STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you live and subject to legal limitations and exceptions, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information;
- request correction of inaccurate personal information;
- request deletion of personal information;
- obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;
- obtain information about the categories of personal information we collect, the sources of that information, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of recipients to whom it is disclosed;
- opt out of the sale of personal information, the sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We will use information provided for verification only for verification, security, or fraud-prevention purposes. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill the request. You may use an authorized agent where permitted by law; we may request proof of the agent’s authority and may require you to verify your identity directly with us. You may appeal a denial by replying to our decision or contacting us using the methods above with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.
California privacy disclosures
This subsection supplements the rest of this Privacy Notice for California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (“CCPA”), may apply to us only when we meet the law’s applicability requirements.

We collect and use these categories for the purposes described in Section 2 and retain them as described in Section 6.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain uses of advertising or analytics technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under California law. Where applicable, California residents may opt out through the methods described in Section 9, and we will process recognized opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control, as required by law. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under the CCPA.
In the preceding 12 months, we may have disclosed the categories of personal information listed in the table above for the business purposes described there. We may have sold or shared, as those terms are defined by the CCPA, identifiers, Internet or electronic network activity, commercial information, geolocation information, and related inferences with advertising or analytics partners. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16.
California residents may also request information under California’s “Shine the Light” law about certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. Submit such requests using the contact information in Section 13 and include “California Shine the Light Request” in the subject line.
11. EUROPEAN AND UNITED KINGDOM PRIVACY RIGHTS
If the laws of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland apply to our processing of your personal information, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of your personal information; object to certain processing; receive certain information in a portable format; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
