Returns
Thank you for shopping with Brooke Blaze. We want you to be completely satisfied with purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
14-Day Return Period: You have 14 days from the date delivery to submit a Return Request for items you wish to return for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received, and in its original packaging.
Return Process:
- You will fill out our Return Request Form found at the bottom of this page to initiate the return process.
- Once we receive your Return Request, we will send you a Return Authorization that acknowledge our acceptance of your return, and Return Shipping Label via email.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with any accessories or documentation that came with it.
- Ship the item back to our facility at the address provided by our customer service team.
Release of Funds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please note that the refund will be issued only after the item has been inspected at our facility. This process may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping & Handling Costs:
Please be aware that shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Once your return is approved and your shipping label is issued, shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
Exclusions: Certain items may not be eligible for return due to their nature. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items over $150.00 will incur a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA issue date unopened in the original packaging. Returning items for warranty evaluation does not guarantee replacement or credit. No credit will be given for software or computer returns.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
