Because of the personal nature and use of our products, we do not accept any physical returns. If there is an issue with our products, you may be entitled to either a store-credit refund or an item replacement.
All Refund/Replacement Inquiries must be received seven (7) days after customer receives the product upon shipment. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your request for email acknowledgement of accepted inquiry, and approval or rejection of claim.
